Chesapeake Specialty Products' Quality Management System Certified to ISO 9001:2015
Chesapeake Specialty Products' quality management system has been certified to ISO 9001:2015. ISO 9001:2015 is the international standard for quality management systems, and certification confirms that CSP's system meets its requirements for consistently meeting customer and regulatory requirements.
Certification followed a comprehensive audit of CSP's operations against the standard, covering customer focus, leadership, employee engagement, process management and continual improvement. As part of the process, CSP strengthened its quality management procedures and trained employees so quality is part of everyone's job.
